Mr. Joseph Hadjihannas is a lawyer with great experience in matters of Insolvencies and is a fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Furthermore, he has great expertise is Corporate Law, Administrative Receiverships, Restructuring, Examinership and Debt Collection.

Mr. Hadjihannas vocation includes advising multinational companies and organizations, including well known household names, other law firms and government held entities on issues relating to corporate law, joint ventures and venture capital investments; corporate restructuring advice in light of local & international regulatory requirements; local and international tax aspects of transactions, corporate tax planning, insolvency and reorganization, being particularly adept in the resolution of tax disputes.

He is also widely involved in Energy Industry Projects Mr. Hadjihannas is specializing in such projects in Cyprus, and recently had involvement in the development and construction of an oil terminal in Cyprus, the development and construction of solar-thermal plant and the development and construction of PV plants, working closely with professionals and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.
